For Express shipping, click on the appropriate button above to add the extra charge to your order. Please send an Email message as well to ensure that the urgency isn't overlooked. (Orders are collected in the evening, so a day might be missed.) Express shipment contingent on having sufficient stock in-hand to ship on the same day. Sometimes, especially around Christmas, shipping will be delayed until fresh stock arrives. This delay can be as long as one week. If there is an important deadline associated with an Express order, be sure to send a "deadline" email message. If the deadline cannot be made, the order can be cancelled or extra charges reversed.
Express mail delivers overnight from shipment 90% of the time. However, for destinations on the West Coast, or small, out of the way towns, it can be two days. Saturday is a normal delivery day for most Post Offices, but not all. A few small towns do not deliver mail on Saturday while some places, like NYC, deliver Express mail even on Sunday. An Express shipment on Thursday might not deliver in a town until Monday while other places can have Sunday delivery for a shipment made on Saturday. Cost is why we favor the Post Office, ESPECIALLY for Saturday deliveries. A Friday Express shipment of a 1 pound package can usually be delivered on Saturday for about $18 instead of $40 for UPS!
Merchandise returned for reasons other than defective fabrication or incorrect item received have a 20% restock fee. Cancelled custom orders (like printed T-shirts) after fabrication are subject to a 40% restock fee, even if the order is unshipped.
Small, or flat, items fit nicely into the a U.S. Post Office Priority envelope. This is cost-effective and is the preferred method of shipping. Comforters other large items are shipped in larger boxes.
Allow two to three weeks for delivery of non-rush or non-Express orders. Tee shirts require at least 2 weeks for delivery because they are printed to order.
Watch for the email notification of the shipping label creation. This indicates shipment.In VERY rare cases, immediate restock of an item is not possible, like waiting on an overseas container, and it could be weeks, or even months, until every item is available. This very rare situation is communicated to customers.
Sometimes, a large order would be held up for a week or more waiting on a single item. In these cases, we usually ship the rest of the order and send the remainder when available. In these cases, a "backorder" note is made on the enclosed invoice.
